✨ Processing Times

We know you can’t wait to squish your new goodies!
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
During busy seasons or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer — but we promise to pack your order as quickly as possible with love and care 💖

If there’s a delay beyond the usual timeframe, we’ll always let you know by email.


🚚 Shipping Times & Delivery

Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped via our trusted delivery partners.

Approximate delivery times:

Domestic (within Australia): 3–8 business days

International (if offered): 7–21 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors such as courier delays, customs processing, or peak periods.
Once your parcel has been handed to the courier, it’s officially on its way to you! 🎀


📦 Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is dispatched.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to update.

If you haven’t received your tracking info after 3 business days, feel free to reach out to us at squeeeshsquishy@outlook.com — we’re happy to help!


💌 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
Occasionally, we may run free shipping promotions — keep an eye on our homepage or social media for these special offers! 🌸


🧭 Wrong Address or Delivery Issues

Please double-check your shipping details before confirming your order — we can’t change your address once your order has been shipped.
If you’ve entered an incorrect address and the order hasn’t yet been sent, please contact us immediately at squeeeshsquishy@outlook.com, and we’ll do our best to fix it!

We are not responsible for:

Delays caused by couriers or customs,

Lost or stolen packages after delivery, or

Incorrect shipping details provided by customers.

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please first check with your local post office, neighbours, or building management. If you still can’t locate it, contact us and we’ll help where possible 💛


🌍 International Orders (if applicable)

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes charged by their country.
We are unable to mark packages as “gifts” or alter customs values.


🐻 Order Cancellations

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
If you wish to make a change or cancel shortly after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible — we’ll do our best to accommodate you if the order hasn’t yet been processed.
