We hope you love your purchase as much as we loved creating it! Each item is carefully checked before it’s sent out, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

✨ Change of Mind

Because every piece is made and packed with care, we’re unable to offer returns or refunds for change of mind. Please take a moment to check product details and photos before placing your order — we want you to be completely confident in your choice.

🐾 Faulty or Damaged Items

Oh no! If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please get in touch within 7 days of receiving it at squeeeshsquishy@outlook.com.

We’ll make things right as quickly as possible with a replacement, repair, or refund — whatever suits best.
To help us sort it out quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A few clear photos of the issue
  • A short note about what went wrong

⏰ Timeframe

We’re only able to process claims made within 7 days of delivery, so please reach out as soon as you spot an issue.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we can’t accept returns on personal care, custom-made, or sale items — thanks for understanding.

📦 How to Return

If your item is approved for return, we’ll send you simple step-by-step instructions. Please don’t send anything back before we confirm.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
